Support

Something broken or missing?

In PAVONA, open News → Report a problem. The app drafts a report with your version, system details, model and connection status. Add what happened, review the text and send it when ready.

Reports go to support@priest.locker. Send one by email, or through DevAd Support, where you review the message before it is sent.

Start with DevAd Support

Open the chat bubble on any page for an answer based on published articles, with links to check the source. The hosted assistant can help explain PAVONA; it cannot inspect or change your installation.

Choose Request a person when you would rather write to a person. Enter your reply address and message, review them, then confirm sending to support@priest.locker. Sharing your chat transcript is optional and off by default. An accepted message is not guaranteed to be delivered, and no response time is promised.

Questions may be processed by a hosted AI service. Leave out passwords, keys and private files. How your data is used.

What to include

Include the app’s report, the steps you took, what you expected and what happened. Add a screenshot if it helps explain the problem.

Review what you share

Read the composed report before sending. Remove private paths, credentials, personal details and sensitive logs. Include only the information needed to explain the problem.

Before you write

Start with the status command in the install folder. For further diagnosis, you can also run the test suite:

PAVONA> python app\priestai.py --status  # what is up, what is not, which model is seated
PAVONA> python run-tests.py  # the same checks this release shipped against

Include the relevant error message. Some tests use models or the network; review their requirements before running the full suite.

Reports help identify the next fixes. Reviewed changes appear in the patch notes when they ship.
